News: 2015 Central Music Conservatory Chinese Music Standard Grade Examination will be held on Oct. 31st

Chinese Instrument Grade Examination in the Southern California this year. Candidates will be tested by examiners from CCOM of Beijing on material compiled by the CCOM, and subsequently will be issued a Certificate of Accomplishment by the CCOM. The aim of this collaboration is to raise the professional quality of Chinese music performance, and to encourage the local development of Chinese music.
Subjects: Erhu, Pipa, Yangqin, Guzheng, Zhongruan, Suona, Dizi.
Grade Levels: Grade 1-9 and Performance Certificate
Exam Dates: Occtober 31st, 2015 (Saturday)
Registration Dates: June 01 – Oct 24, 2015
